Exchanges
If your Freehands arrive damaged or if you ordered the wrong size we will be happy to exchange them for you within 60 days of purchase.
Please contact exchanges@freehands.com or 888.529.6116 to request a return authorization number (RA).

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied and would like your money back we can refund you for unused, undamaged Freehands within 60 days of purchase.
